The facilities here are excellent, and the staff are very friendly; they even manage parking on site and offer a convenient shuttle to downtown.

The facilities were great, with a gym and lap pool with sun deck. The staff were friendly and responsive. The location was convenient, with easy access to SF. Valet parking was professional and efficient. Enjoyed an early morning yoga class and loved the late opening hours of the pools. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. com.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. The guest room was fairly quiet and perfectly appointed with a king bed. Amenities like coffee & tea makers, a fridge, and glassware were an advantage. The staff were all pleasant and exceptionally nice.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, the bed was extremely comfy, and the view was magnificent! The location seemed excellent being close to the BART station. We didn't want to leave and would love to stay longer.

It has bright huge rooms, that come with a free breakfast, a king bed plus balcony. The location is marvellous in a fairly nice area, close to all areas: restaurants, gym, housekeeping, and Sprout Farm shop. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle to downtown.

I had a nice stay for Memorial Day weekend. I found the hotel's location excellent and awesome. The hotel is adjacent to coffee shops, the BART light rail station, and Walnut Creek.

I recently stayed at Renaissance in Walnut Creek for a quick getaway. The room was clean and offered a great view. The ambiance was welcoming, and I would love to return when the hotel is fully operational. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location, as there were plenty of dining options within walking distance and a nearby BART station. Additionally, the complimentary coffee in the room was delicious, and the staff, especially the valet team, were outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel.
